Our honey is simply pure and raw, sold in 1-pound glass honey jars with a cork top.

From our hives to your home.  On a mission to help reduce plastic in our homes we developed the reusable beeswax food wrap. Use it as an alternative to plastic wrap, tin foil or plastic bags.   It is a naturally antibacterial food wrap that allows your food to breath.  Beeswax has non-allergenic properties, unlike toxic plastic. It has anti-fungal and antibacterial properties which can help in reducing risk of contamination. It protects your food, helps lock in moisture, flavor and freshness. You will find your food will stay fresher, longer.

Our wraps are made from 3 simple ingredients, local beeswax, pine rosin, jojoba oil on 100% designer cotton which is manufactured in in North America.  Our wraps are made in our studio in Grande Pointe Manitoba and packaged in a wildflower seeded paper supplied by a local Manitoba manufacturer.   Plant the wrapper covered in 1/8’ of soil, then water, and voila, weeks later you will have wildflowers blooming, completing the cycle and providing much needed pollen for the earth’s bees.

Beeswax wrap care

Beeswax wraps have a shelf life of 10 months to a year.   They are not to be used to wrap meat.   Wash your wraps under cool soapy water, applying light pressure, then rinse with clean, cool water.  If you use hot water, it will eventually remove the beeswax and reduce the life of your wrap.  Air dry.  Do not put in the dishwasher, microwave, oven or any other hot surface.

To use your wrap, you activate it with the warmth of your hands to help shape and seal around your container or the food itself.  If covering a container, make sure that the container is not hot and that the wrap fits down past the edge.

Our Dish Block cold processed soap is hand crafted in Grande Pointe Manitoba, in small batches, and made only from the finest, purest ingredients which includes Coconut Oil and Castor Oil.   They come either unscented or lightly scented in essential oils.  Our soaps are palm, phthalate, and paraben free.

We have a passion for the environment and our dish block soap is natural, eco-friendly, plastic free and zero waste.  It is gentle on the hands, and great for cutting grease.  You can either use a dish cloth or dish brush.  A little will go a long way.  You can also use when cleaning a sink full of dishes by temporarily placing the cube under warm or hot running water.  Fill up the sink and do your dishes as you normally would.  Our soaps come in either ceramic bowls, mini loaf pans, both of which can be re-used as every-day dishes.  We also sell individual cubes, to be used with your own dish.

Dish block soap care

We only use the finest ingredients, however handmade cold pressed, if not taken care of properly can be prone to the dreaded “sludge”.   You should be draining your soap in between use.  For those soaps in the ceramic bowls or dishes, you should tip the soap over briefly to let any excess water drain out in between uses.       Do not leave your soap sitting in water.  Your bar will last longer and remain harder.
